Translators to the German wikipedia, please note![edit]

Please note that the policies (or traditions) of the German language and the English language wikipedia differ on the question of which articles are "appropriate" (or: notable, deserving, relevant, etc) for Wikipedia.

If (as in this category) the definition of a sequence depends on a numeral system, an article about such a sequence is likely to be considered irrelevant by German Wikipedians and in danger of being erased soon. Cf. the german article on Keith-numbers, the discussion about it on the german maths portal and the discussion about its deletion.
In any case, look at the criteria of relevance for articles on mathematical topics.
