Bev is a canned wine supplier based in Venice, California.[2] It is owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery.

History[edit]

Bev was founded in 2017 by Alix Peabody. The wine was initially marketed online.[3][4] The company eventually signed a distribution deal with wine and spirits distributor Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits.[4]

In February 2021, the company signed a distribution deal with E & J Gallo Winery to distribute Bev's wines nationally.[3] The deal would allow the wines to be sold in retailers including Target and Bevmo.[2]

The company was acquired by E. & J. Gallo Winery in 2023.
