Baddest is a double compilation (1972–1978) album by American jazz musician Grover Washington Jr.[3] The album was released in February 1981 via Motown label. The songs were conducted and arranged by Bob James.

Reception[edit]

An editor at Dusty Groove stated "An excellent 2LP set that compiles Grover's killer funky cuts for Kudu – packaged here in an expanded best-of set that Motown issued when they took over the Kudu distribution. We hardly need to tell you how great these cuts are..."[4]
