Ahmed Shiyam is a Maldivian politician who is the incumbent Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources.[1]

Education[edit]

Shiyam has a Diploma in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Bandaranaike International Diplomatic Training Institute, Sri Lanka in 2012.[2] Followed by a Postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, in Sri Lanka. He received his Master of Business Administration from NUCB Business School in Japan.[2]

Career[edit]

He was the 19th Parliament Member for the Naifaru constituency.[3] He is the deputy leader of the Progressive Party of Maldives, and became the incumbent Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources.[4][5][6]
