The women's 200 metre freestyle competition at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 17 at the Saanich Commonwealth Place.[1][2][3] The last champion was Lindsay Benko of US.[4]

This race consisted of four lengths of the pool, all in freestyle.[5]
