Šebkovice is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.
Šebkovice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 35 km (22 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 147 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
