I have moved the article you created into draft space as it is not ready to be in the main encyclopedia yet. It is written more like an essay on the topic that an encyclopedia article and it is too short without enough references. You should work on this and when you think it is ready, submit it for review using the articles for creation process rather than moving it into the main space of the encyclopedia yourself. - Thanks Melcous! I also want to note that it may be easier to work on this as an addition to the article on Internet in the United States. It's definitely a topic that could merit its own article, but sometimes it's easier to start with something like this by working on a subsection and then building from there once the subsection is completed. You may also want to expand the section at Internet_privacy#Internet_privacy_in_the_United_States.
- I saw that you were using studies as sources, so keep this in mind: studies are seen as primary sources for any of the claims and research conducted by its author(s). This means that in order to help verify these claims and research, you should have a secondary, independent source that helps give context and verify the claims. Journals don't give this level of verification and context - they only look to make sure that there are no major, glaring errors in the material. The secondary source will also help show why this specific study is notable enough to highlight or use as a source, as otherwise there can be questions as to why this study was chosen over another, similar study - especially if there are others that may contradict it.
