In the introduction add the between of and GLUT4. If this makes sense to you!

Skeletal Muscle

-When you are talking about facilitated diffusion the paragraph doesn't flow right into this sentence. I would add a couple of sentences before talking about this.

-The positive and negative element to muscle contraction is pretty confusing. I would add detail to distinguish them more than just how they are utilized. Is this positive and negative element of Glut-4 specific to only Skeletal Muscle or is this characteristic shown in Cardiac and Adipose tissue?

Cardiac Tissue

-I think there is a grammar mistake in the second sentence instead of as it should be at rest they prefer to utilize....

-If there is no negative and positive element I would mention it in either the skeletal part or here.

Adipose Tissue

-I would say and as liver or muscle cells instead of and liver or muscle cells. This is the last sentence od the first paragraph.

Interactions -I would give a simple definition of death associated protein 6. That sounds very interesting. Also you can draw on this and talk about how it is associated or how it interacts. This is also a great lead into the interactive pathway map.

Muscle Contraction/Stretching -Because muscle stretching is so short I would somehow combine these two and also try to build on muscle stretching. If you plan on doing this do not forget to fix the contents box right below the introduction!
