Wiki-fashion show at last year's event

You are invited to join the Wikimedia NYC community and visitors from the global Wikimedia Foundation for our Wiki Gala at Prime Produce in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan. All are welcome!

This is a sequel to the March 2023 Grand Central Salon and the March 2022 Wiki-Tent Brunch.

The event will feature lightning talks and a Wiki-fashion show, for which you are encouraged to dress in your finest Wikimedia clothing and accessories (bags, buttons, even books), or clothing connected to the topics you edit on wiki projects.

All attendees are subject to Wikimedia NYC's Code of Conduct. In addition, to participate in person you should be vaccinated and also be sure to respect others' personal space, and we may limit overall attendance size if appropriate.

@Rajjorandi: I am not @I dream of horses, however those pages are protected to prevent vandalism. Users with a certain number of edits and account age can edit those. You can submit an edit request (here is the link). Once you open the edit request wizard, it's helpful to format it according to WP:EDITXY. Cheers! 🇺🇲JayCubby✡ plz edit my user pg! @ACUA-H Since you had to ask, you should create a draft through articles for creation. If a draft is approved by a more experienced editor, it's a little more resistant to deletion since it's probably going to be sourced better. @Kdslk You bold letters with three aprostrophes ( '''insert bold words here''') and italicize them with two aprostrophes (''insert words here''). The first time an article title is mentioned, it's bolded, and of course, titles are italicized. Other than that, we don't use bolding and italicization very often in articles. @Purple Magic Mama Underneath the article title, you should see a bar of links. Article, talk, then a large space, then to the right you'll see read, edit, etc. Hit the edit button, and you should be able to make changes. @Dušan Relo If someone qualifies for an article, you can add them to the list after the article has been created. Also, if you have to ask, you should create an article through article for creation or requested articles if you create one at all. @APLINE1975: You aren't going to get banned for trying to write an article, you'll probably just be quite unsuccessful at it. This is particularly true with your conflict of interest.
