November 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Omphalos hypothesis, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. the skomorokh 20:07, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, the reference you added was a better approach, but you cannot call things "a good example" in an encyclopaedia - we aspire to a neutral point of view. you also re-added your own ideas into the article, which is unreferenced original research and too does not belong in an encyclopaedia. Please ask if you have any questions, the skomorokh 20:43, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello skomorokh, thank you for helping me learn how these things are done.
