Tristan, also known as Nascar9919, is an American student and Wikipedian. I usually do what I please in terms of editing on here- mainly creating articles and whatnot. I make minor edits here and there, but mostly large edits. You can find me editing in motorsports, Eurovision and occasionally cartoon related articles, although I branch out into other stuff too if I fancy it and feel up for the challenge.
I also do swimming on a regular basis, and swim for a local swim team. I'm decent at it, and I guarantee I won't drown unless something very stupid happens. I'm... very mediocre compared to the rest of my teammates, however. (▱˘︹˘▱)
If you know me from real life and you somehow find this... no, you didn't. I also want to say that I promise I have a life, y'all. If you want to message me about something, feel free to ping me on my talk page. Or, if you want to do it on a more personal level for whatever reason, DM me on my Instagram or Twitter handles listed in my infobox.
Currently thinking of achieving a Four Award for the 1990 First Union 400. Also hoping just to get more Barnstars, honestly. If you want to see what I've made, check this link: User:Nascar9919/Articles made.
About me if you're somehow interested[edit]
Hi, y'all! I'm Nascar9919. I am self-identifingly absolutely obsessed with the history of NASCAR (along with sports in general), along with how things work and the society we live in in general. I live in the chaotic mess and desert that is known Las Vegas, Nevada. On Wikipedia, I create race reports to fill in the important blanks in NASCAR history that aren't well-known to most fans. Sometimes, I even have to find myself correcting NASCAR's official databases! I also just work on anything that interests me; really, it depends on my mood on a particular day. In real life, I'm... kind of a goofball and a chaotic mess. I'm 18 year old, with my dream being to one day work in NASCAR. In my spare time, I swim for my local swim team, the Las Vegas Swim Club (although... I am pretty bad at it compared to the rest of the people I know. I swim against Olympians for God's sake). I try to keep the people I love in my life first, so if I don't respond to a message in a quick demeanor, that's probably why.
I'm also obsessed with the Eurovision Song Contest. I really don't know why. I guess I just like music? I also do a handful of other things around here if needed.
In my own personal opinion: If an article on Wikipedia is bad, 99% of the time, it is best to improve it rather than delete it.
Cheers, y'all!

How I feel right now[edit]
Projects/goals I'm currently working on[edit]
- Creating race reports for vintage NASCAR races
- Working within the bounds of anything musical that suits my fancy
- Once in a while, I do something off the grain of what I usually do. I have my hands in all the cookie jars. This also is applicable for whenever I do a milestone article, as I've always liked to do something special for the occasion. Some examples of this include special TV episodes dear to my heart (I've made King's Tide, Clouds on the Horizon, Northwest Mansion Mystery, For the Future (The Owl House), among others), other sports athletes (Claire Weinstein, Doug Edert, other Olympic athletes when that time comes around), and other things I personally like or peak my interest
Personal goals[edit]
- Create and/or improve every NASCAR Cup Series race report to at least C quality, and by every, I mean every race report. All the way down to the first race in 1949. Once done with that (which, I do realize will take years), well... sky's the limit, isn't it?
- If time permits, remove and improve redirects of songs in the Eurovision WikiProject along with general maintenance and adding context for songs
Article milestones[edit]
- 100th: 2005 New England 300
- 200th: 2018 Coca-Cola Firecracker 250
