How can it be called 'Wood-free"?[edit]

I'm just curious how this can be called "wood-free" paper. If it is made with chemical pulp, then by definition it contains wood? Logical Fuzz (talk) 15:06, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Because the wood chips treated chemically and they are not considered to be wood any more because the lignin is removed and does not show yellowing as wood containing paper from mechanical pulp.
