The section has been removed. It was the target of spammers and full of unreferenced material. WP:BLOWITUP is the only viable course of action, because doing so produces a leaner and more informative article (i.e., without crap) for readers and for editors to improve upon. There are a lot of regions in the world, and allowing this article to become a description of various real estate practices in all the various regions is problematic. "Location, location, location" may be important in the real estate business, but this is about building an encyclopedia. – S. Rich (talk) 03:48, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
