Merge suggestion[edit]

The only thing that the 9NV of the OR and the AFA have in common, is that there's nine each of them. They shouldn't be listed side-by-side like that, because they're not variants of the other, they are the product of two seperate religious organisations with different values and objectives. They each need a seperate page in my opinion, and then 'nine noble virtues' as a search result can be disambiguated along Odinic Rite/Asatru Folk Assembly grounds. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.206.72.6 (talk) 17:45, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the suggestion but only as far as merging the OR's virtues and charges with the OR page. Others have seen fit to add things that are NOT the NNV and are completely irrelevant to the OR. So if there is a merger then the other things need to be removed first or added to the pages of their relevant org (i.e AFA and Troth). Hengest (talk) 15:50, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In fact the 9 Noble Virtues ARE of the Odinic Rite and were first set out by the OR's founders. That others chose to adopt them does not change that fact and many in the Asatru faith have stopped using them because of that.Hengest (talk) 23:22, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
