This article was kept at the recent AFD, though I'd have said it should have been merged to Mayfield, Ontario, a much older village, rather than a modern suburb. Except that article doesn't exist. Thoughts? This suburb is a strange beast; while in Caledon, it's effectively part of (and borders) Brampton, in all but name. Nfitz (talk) 18:47, 19 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
(Edited) I think the article is better as Mayfield West because the original Mayfield was a vanished ghost town long before any development took place and there was literally no trace a settlement was ever there. And being an anomaly within Caledon adds to greater noteabilty in itself. Transportfan70 (talk) 23:04, 19 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
