Date of birth[edit]

I can't find a good source for Lewis's date of birth. I'd appreciate assistance. Beware of conflations with Mark Lewis, Canadian artist & filmmaker (1958-) Daask (talk) 14:49, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Chrisdevelop: You added a birth date of 1958 and place of birth in this 2017 edit. I removed it because I couldn't find a source, but I'd love to see it restored to the article with a source. Daask (talk) 15:00, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Daask: So long ago, I can't remember now where I found the information, but I'll keep looking. It seems I may indeed have gotten the information originally for the other source, as there is another Mark Lewis also from Mullumbimby who is a film-maker. However, in this site, the two Mark Lewises are merged. Meanwhile, can you fix the redlined cite errors 12 and 13 you introduced with this edit? Chrisdevelop (talk) 01:49, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed the citation errors. Usually, that kind of error is caused because Wikidata doesn't have enough information to produce a valid citation. However, in this case, the citation information on Wikidata at d:Q6768591#P800 is more than adequate. I was presuming it was a temporary bug in Template:Wikidata rather than my usage error, but I have now reported the issue at Module talk:Wd § Possible bug on Mark Lewis page.
