Spurious remove of Google OR-Tools[edit]

Dear all,

May I know:

Why Google OR-Tools (Apache 2.0) has been removed from this page ("Free and open-source software"/"Software libraries") by https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_optimization_software&diff=prev&oldid=859952944 ?
How to bring it back to the list ?
There is a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Developers#OR_Tools should we create a dedicated page instead ? (e.g. like COIN-OR https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COIN-OR)
