Relevance and inclusion - fictional LEAs and corrections services[edit]

Two separate questions regarding the relevance and inclusion of specific types of agencies:

First, should fictional LEAs continue to be listed on this page? This section is currently entirely uncited and is unusual when compared to other jurisdiction's lists of law enforcement agencies. I can appreciate the interest in listing them, but perhaps they should be listed on a separate page.

Second, do correctional services count as law enforcement agencies? Although they're undeniably involved in public safety, they aren't generally involved in the enforcement of laws. By way of a precedent, Law enforcement in Canada includes non-law enforcement public safety agencies in the section on Indigenous law enforcement, so there is definitely an argument to continue to list these organizations even though they aren't strictly law enforcement.
