This article was added to by Richard Lu for the University of Houston course GEOL 3370 introduction to Mineralogy, Prof. Jonathan Snow, Instructor. Topics added include info on Andrew Lawson, composition, geological occurrence, crystal structure, physical properties, and the significance of lawsonite.

And when the above was done it created incoherent article. Compare the first section with the section "physical properties", both repetitions and contradictions (is it has Mohs hardness of 8 or 7.5?). Among other things there is something that looks out of place ("Franciscan Formation in California (Fig. 1)") where is Fig 1? Avihu (talk) 21:50, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
