This Article Needs More Focus[edit]

I understand why people are introducing more detailed discussion of certain issues, such as implied consent for sobriety / alcohol testing while driving, or implied consent in sexual assault cases; but the extent of the discussion is causing the article to lose focus. Also, such issues as whether some U.S. states offer lesser punishments for marital rape are not relevant to implied consent, and exaggerate the pre-existing U.S. focus of this article. That type of discussion could be presented in Marital rape (United States law). Arllaw (talk) 15:37, 13 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
