The length of Coney Island Creek is given as as anything from 1.5[1] to 2 miles. The length seems to have changed due to land-filling in Gravesend Bay extending the "mouth" of "Coney Island Creek". This chart[2] labels Coney Island Creek past those landfills out to Coney Island Creek Park. If that and Calvert Vaux Park park mark the current mouth of the creek then it measures out to 1.8 miles.
