Output Formats

It's is a bit odd having all the "others" output formats? I'm thinking a bit silly as we could list every image file format under the sun. Perhaps a collumn just for image format outputs? Thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by DPY81 (talk • contribs) 20:47, 3 May 2018 (UTC)

InkScape?

InkScape isn't a DTP; it's a Vector Drawing program.

Lyx

The list of supported file formats for Lyx is way too short, which makes it look far less useful than it really is. Quoting from the project's website :

Merge Comparison of desktop publishing software with List of desktop publishing software

It seems that there are two lists about the same subject. Should they be merged? Jarble (talk) 15:58, 30 October 2019 (UTC)

Oppose, on the grounds that List of desktop publishing software is a broader list, with comparison page giving details and comparison on the more notable subset. That is, the two pages serve different purposes, and as long as the pages are linked there is not apparent advantage to merging. Klbrain (talk) 06:12, 31 May 2020 (UTC)
