Hello, where did you find that clinical physiology qwas first established in 1954? Jakewhite1313 (talk) 06:29, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, why is it that this is only in healthcare systems in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark? Mnoga1 (talk) 20:54, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There are no citations in the History section of the article. Where was that information gathered from? Kwhit24 (talk) 02:23, 22 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Edits[edit]

The article is clear and concise, yet it lacks important information on the history of Clinical Physiology. The History section is underdeveloped and does not include any citations. Additionally, on the References page only three references worked. I also think more sections should be added that would differentiate between a physiologist and a clinical physiologist and how clinical physiology contributes to medical sciences. Overall it is a good article, needs some changes and additions but has a lot of potential. Haadiya.a (talk) 21:54, 25 September 2020 (UTC)Haadiya.a September 25, 2020[reply]

There is not a whole lot if information here about how clinical Physiologists differ from a regular physician in a hospital or a specialist.

The history doesn't give much detail about how and why the Swedish government wanted to start the program of Clinical physiology. You definitely need more references for what human physiology is and all of the History section.

I do fail to see the importance of the role of Clinical physiologist when there are other doctors who preform the same tests and treatments. They may want to go deeper into how they help provide better care for people in Sweden Finland and Denmark.

The citations are very poor. citations 4and 5 don't work and citation 3 is not a peer reviewed article. Be careful not to have close paraphrasing. The first sentence in the History was very close to a sentence in the source. You also did not cite that article.

It's a work in progress but definitely has potential to be a good page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nsaunder (talkcontribs) 14:33, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This is a good article, needs update on difference of a doctor that goes to medical school. Martinmikala (talk) 23:14, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I think more sections should be added to the article. The references also needs to be improved as there are very few, and some of the references don't work when I try to access it. M.DuranUCSF (talk) 17:55, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I feel as though there needs to be further distinction between clinical physiology and normal physiology. There might also be some information that could be added such as if this is relevant in the veterinary medicine profession as well. Sns229 (talk) 22:22, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The article does not have any images. This would really enhance the topic and make it more understandable for readers and visual learners. Aweems4 (talk) 01:28, 6 September 2020 (UTC)aweems4[reply]

The article needs more depth and variety when it comes to the topic. Since it is such a broad topic of choice it is important to hit key elements but also not go too overboard. I would say make it a little bit more detailed with more sections to break down the discipline more. Aat0405! (talk) 23:56, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Although it provides general information about the topic, the article is overall in need of improvement. More accurate sources need to be added to support the information provided in order for this page to be more reliable and valid, especially since two of the links don't work. I suggest that more information on the significance of clinical physiology in healthcare be added. The article could also divide information into more sections to promote more organization (eg: "Specialities" to provide information on what types of doctors and healthcare professionals typically specialize in clinical physiology). How can the article be improved? It can be improved by adding some basic guidelines to this topic. For example, what does clinical physiology talk about and why it is important for physicians? YS19f (talk) 04:02, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The article should explore more approaches to describe clinical physiology. For example, what kind of education degree and experiences are required to become a clinical physiologist? The page mentioned the discipline has overlapped with other health professions, it is also important to mention how they are different from a regular physician, radiologist, or physiologist.Wendylin0510 (talk) 23:09, 29 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The resources used in this article seem to be outdated and could improve from adding more general information about clinical physiologyScoders (talk) 21:45, 11 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The lead sentence could be stronger. I would recommend adding what clinical physiology deals with and what encompasses it.--SomaYukihira21X (talk) 22:35, 15 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

There is good opening information in this article, however there can be more about the history of clinical physiology. Everything seemed relevant that is stated in the article, but it could be improved by adding additional sections on how it is relevant in current medical practice Mkpolite1 (talk) 00:09, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
