9/11[edit]

I lived in Belleville (near Trenton) September 11 and by the 12th they had CF-18s stationed there, cockpits open on the tarmac. Since that time I don't believe the CF-18s are stationed there but they are very frequent visitors. I'm not sure how to word it but I personally find it very interesting seeing the CF-18s coming in and out of Trenton.Lweel8 22:52, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Movie scenes filmed here[edit]

There were a few scenes from 2011's The Thing filmed here, as well as 2007's The Incredible Hulk.

Good Article on the Progess of Upgrades[edit]

There's an article at http://www.intelligencer.ca/2015/01/26/8-wing-a-lot-done-more-to-come which updates the status of the (now 16-year) major upgrade programme that started in 2009. I don't have the skills to integrate the various points into the main article, but I'm recording its existence for someone else to do so. AlatarK (talk) 18:07, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
