How to improve new article for publication - Laspau[edit]
Hi, I'm really new to Wikipedia and feel kind of lost. I asked one of the editors about why this new page could not be published, and he referred me to the notability guidelines for Wikipedia. From my perspective, the article complies with the guidelines, but maybe I'm missing something? The article I created is for Laspau, an agency that administered a part of the Fulbright Program for Latin America. IIE (Institute of International Education), AMIDEAST (AMIDEAST), WorldLearning (World Learning), and AED AED (non-profit) are all agencies that are doing or have done similar work, administering portions of the Department of State’s Fulbright Program (Fulbright Program). And all of these agencies have their own wikipedia page, except for Laspau. Appreciate any guidance you may offer, many thanks!

@Dra FB: hi again! Most people won't see a page like this; if you want to ask questions you should add the phrase {{help me}} (including the curly brackets) above a post you make. A few things about your post: one, wiki-notability is exclusively concerned about coverage in independent, reliable sources. It has nothing to do with "fame", and we don't write articles about subjects because similar subjects have articles. If reliable sources cover a topic in detail, the subject is eligible for an article. If they do not, the subject is not eligible for an article. If something "flies under the radar", it is not Wikipedia's job to correct that. I have included a source assessment table of the sources you provided above. With one possible exception none of them qualify, which even if we assume that one is okay we would still need additional examples. ("Multiple" is intentionally a little vague, but it generally means about three, or two if they are extraordinarily strong. "Extraordinarily strong" means something like an in-depth review in The New York Times.)

Organizations talking about Laspau after they got an award from Laspau are not independent in that press release, because they are not third parties. If you have multiple sources which tick all three boxes (independent, reliable, and significant coverage), then Laspau qualifies for an article.
