The 2024 Basketball Champions League Asia will be the first edition of the Basketball Champions League Asia, and the 29th season of the continent's top club competition. The tournament was previously known as the FIBA Asia Champions Cup, and was last held in 2019.[1] The main tournament is scheduled to take place at Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 9 until 15 June 2024. It is organized by the UAE Basketball Association and Shabab Al Ahli Club and sanctioned by FIBA Asia.[2][3]

The winners will earn the right to play in the 2024 FIBA Intercontinental Cup.

Qualification[edit]

The champions of China's Chinese Basketball Association, Japan's B. League, and South Korea's Korean Basketball League qualify directly.[4] The Philippines' Philippine Basketball Association has opted out of this tournament due to a busy 2023 schedule which saw the country co-host the FIBA Basketball World Cup.[5] The Philippines' slot in the tournament was replaced by Shabab Al Ahly as tournament hosts.[6]

Two additional teams will qualify through a two-round qualification tournament for East and Southeast Asia, while a further two will be determined through the 2023–24 FIBA West Asia Super League.[7]

The first round of the qualification will take place in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from 3 to 7 April.[8] The second round will take place from 23 to 26 April in Jakarta, Indonesia.[9]

The following teams qualified to the main tournament.[1] Years in bold denote the team won the competition.
