Wellcome Collection[edit]
Wellcome Collection employed Alice White as their Wikipedian in residence between 2016 and 2017. From October 2017, Wellcome Collection's Wikimedian in Residence became a full-time member of the Digital Editorial team.

International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE)[edit]
Marium Umme Kulsum is the Wikipedian in residence for the ILAE Wikipedia Epilepsy Project.

HSE National Health Library and Knowledge Service (NHLKS)[edit]
In 2018, in partnership with National Doctors Training & Planning, the NHLKS employed Niall O’Mara as the first National Healthcare Wikipedian in Residence. In 2020 Conor Malone was appointed to the role.
