Opa-Locka Thematic Resource Area[edit]
- ... that the Opa-Locka Thematic Resource Area includes 20 buildings (example pictured) developed by aviation pioneer Glenn Curtiss using an "Arabian Nights" theme?

There is an outstanding question about the merging or renaming of the article, so the DYK nom should wait for resolution. Expansion size is good: It went from 252 characters "readable prose size" to 3281 characters from October 5 to October 9; an increase of 13x. The article is missing a reference in the first paragraph of the "History" section, one that would support the hook. Less seriously, the architect Muller is not supported with a reference. The photograph has the proper license for public domain; it could be cropped, however, to trim too much parking lot, too much tree and too much sky. Binksternet (talk) 23:42, 20 October 2012 (UTC)
