The anecdote about Trent Reznor in the lead of this page seems inappropriate for this article, as it is not directly related to the song itself. Logosun (talk) 12:03, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The tone of this article could certainly use some work. It seems a bit chatty. --Jacqui M Schedler 04:57, 25 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have time to make an infobox right now, as I am about to leave for my wiki-vacation, but I have uploaded an image for it: Image:ToriAmos-ProWidow-USscan.jpg --Jacquelyn Marie 16:19, 21 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

One infobox coming right up! It's not quite complete, though. I'm quite lazy. Ric | opiaterein 16:11, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Should there be some mention of the fact that this song is supposedly about Courtney Love? Tori herself has debunked the theory (or at least chosen not to confirm either way), but it is a widely held belief. Any ideas? Pumpkingrrl 02:38, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The misheard lyrics section was far to speculative to be encyclopedic. I am removing it in favor of simply mentioning in the body of the text how frequently the lyrics were misinterpreted, with a citation. Pacian 04:57, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Someone re-added it but I have deleted it again. I would posture that EVERY song has lyrics that are misheard by someone, somewhere, at some time, and there would need to be a valid and reliable source showing that THIS song's lyrics are so commonly misheard as to make that fact encyclopedic (IE: "Kiss the Sky/Kiss This Guy"). Additionally it seems that the "misheard lyrics" were copied from a web page that allows people to say what they "misheard" from any given song, which is subjectable to prank lyrics. This was not Amos' first 12" single by any means whatsoever. Not counting ones released with her band Y Kant Tori Read, her first 12" single was for her very first solo single "Me and a Gun"; to wit, there were a MINIMUM of four other 12" singles released before this one. 70.211.116.203 (talk) 08:18, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
