This article doesn't seem very NPOV and seems to be written by your typical French-hating limey —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.146.173.34 (talk) 18:30, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Is this the best you can do as a North American comment? If you have any ideas of how to improve the article, please let's see it. Dieter Simon (talk) 01:06, 22 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand why we should have an article that ends in 1429, when there was no truce or any other kind of peace to separate this from the conclusion of the war, which does not have its own article. There ought to be a Hundred Years' War (1429-1453) article, or else this ought to become Hundred Years' War (1415-1453). john k (talk) 15:39, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The revision history for the article shows a tussle between editors on whether to name it "Hundred Years' War (1415-1529)" or "Hundred Years' War (1415–1453)". Proponents of the latter title have prevailed (to date). Unfortunately, efforts to add more material for the period 1430-1453 (and so make the content worthy of the title) are as sluggish as Charles VII's efforts drive the English out of France during said period. There seems to be a sense of ownership to two of the Hundred Years' War articles by a few and it is preventing good faith editors to improve it. Unfortunately, they is no such ambition to provide in line citations though it has gone unreferenced for YEARS. It looks to be most, if not all copy/vio. It should go up for Deletion.Mugginsx (talk) 15:42, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Hundred Years' War (1337–1360) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 00:44, 31 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
