Please note that I have previously created this page and it has been deleted by administrator Lid however this article should never have been deleted at the artist is an artist of note and has been interviewed continuously in UK and USA media on television, radio and in the print press. I contest speedy deletion of Freddie Lee Peterkin article. Yes it had been previously deleted as I had not added the newspaper articles, radio broadcasts and references to TV interviews which in this existing article I have given references to The Stage Newspapers and Freddie Lee Peterkin has been and is being broadcast on UK regional BBC Radio stations.

Please also refer to Google searches for footage and recording of these national public interviews and broadcasts. I had also given electronic media links to radio program playlists and independent reviews featuring Freddie Lee's music from the album Beyond Comprehension. I can add further interviews/broadcasts if needed but please advise. This is a person of note with more media sources avaialble for reference than many other artists listed on Wikipedia who have never been deleted. I have adhered to the guidelines set out in Wiki.

Note to reviewing admin: This article from thestage.co.uk asserts enough notability to pass A7. If the thestage.co.uk article was not in Freddie Lee Peterkin at the time of the AfD debate in September 2008, I ask that the reviewing admin decline the speedy deletion. From Google News Archive, I can see only the thestage.co.uk source and a passing mention in another source. Peterkin may not be notable enough to pass WP:BIO, so I would recommend an AfD to see if more sources could be found. Cunard (talk) 06:24, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have reviewed the article and I have declined the speedy deletion. The (considerably shorter) version deleted at AFD was poorly sourced to pages like myspace, while this one appears to have some independent sourcing. Unsourced Accusation[edit]
