Untitled[edit]

Is the statement about free malpractice coverage under the FTCA Act accurate? I'd understood that a proposal to extend the benefits of the fTCA to volunteer physicians working in the clinics had been passed in the 2009-2010 House of Representatives but that it had not been considered (nor passed) in the Senate. ("Free' malpractice coverage is not exactly accurate. The FTCA makes covered health professionals 'deemed' to be Federal employees, such that a malpractice action wold have to be directed at the government precisely as if it occurred in a VA hospital or a military institution, as I understand it.)

New section proposal[edit]

Hi everyone, I want to add a section regarding Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment funding of FQHCs, especially in regards to Medicaid Expansion Waiver states like Texas. I would address the pay for performance policy at FQHCs that implement projects through DSRIP and sustainability for the future. Sa49 (talk) 22:28, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
