Reason: To fix the cleanup banners, I rewrote the article based on reliable sources. Also, I fixed the globalize and OR issues by relying on secondary sources to summarize the situation in the United States rather than citing specific court verdicts. My draft is also restructured to avoid the criticism section. Much of its content is now covered by neutrally stated typical EULA provisions, while other parts are now covered in a Humor section.
