Transmission rate[edit]

The article says, "In addition, the transmission rate was very high, about 128 kbit/s, for such moderate transmitter power (about 18 kW)." So..... what's the problem with that? - dcljr (talk) 22:40, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
