You *did* dismiss my complaint two years ago just as quickly as you did this time, and further, you looked through my history and reverted another edit of mine, which was on an ESSAY, that perfectly describes what you have been doing with regard to Macrobiotic diet, calling my description "silly" and "revenge". - Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button
located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Added note[edit]
I noticed a few issues, that even though they were from some time ago, were still issues. It appears you started an archiving effort, and at the same time, left several lines of whitespace. We try to avoid that as it causes issues with WP:ACCESSIBILITY. Also, the extra space appearred to invite an out-of-order post. (To which in your reply you appear to have forgetten to sign.) I addressed these issues for you, but going forward, you should know that there are bots that will archive your talk page for you. The bots are simply a few lines of wikitext that you would add to the top of your talk page (they wouldn't beed seen on the actual page, just in the edit window). To add a bot, you would simply add some wikitext to the top of your talk page, such as;

|maxarchivesize = 100K
|counter = 1
