The sandbox[edit]
What is the point of this? The sandbox is for testing edits, among other things, but it is not a space to maintain an alternate history of a U.S. election. The sandbox is not intended to hold one person's content for this long, and this takeover is starting to become disruptive. There are better places for stuff like this, on other websites. - My apologies. I did not realize such a thing was disruptive, and I will refrain from said actions again. I will also find other sites for AH as well. 104.193.135.201 (talk) 23:07, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
- It is not disruptive just to do it, but you shouldn't have kept adding it back every time someone removed it. The alternate history is actually interesting, but Wikipedia isn't the site for that. QuicoleJR (talk) 23:34, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
- Noted. I also just realized I could've used the "preview" button to see the visuals instead of relying on the "save changes" button, which I thought then was the only way I could visualize the code. Thank you for the compliment on the AH, and apologies for my unintentional and obtuse newbie-ness. 104.193.135.201 (talk) 01:12, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- It's fine, everyone makes mistakes when they are new. As long as you learn from them and don't repeat them, it is OK to make them occasionally. QuicoleJR (talk) 01:22, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- By the way, I'm sorry if I came off as a bit rude in my original comment. I was just a bit confused. QuicoleJR (talk) 01:23, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- I forgive you. Many thanks for your leniency and understanding! :D 104.193.135.201 (talk) 02:13, 13 May 2024 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
