Jade Eggs UK (kegel exercise) eggs

Known in Asia as Vaginal Kung Fu and originally only used by women of a certain status i.e Queens and Concubines the ancient practice of Kegel exercise using Jade Eggs has now become increasingly popular amongst women all over the world and particularly in Chesham Bucks, after the book 50 Shades Of Grey, which contains references to gem stone aids was discussed at the Queens Head Literary Society .

How Jade Eggs Are Used

Jade Eggs have a drilled hole to thread a string through like dental floss, which are then inserted internally to help strengthen the vaginal wall. By excercising with Jade Eggs women can work to resolve problems such as incontinence, prolapse, improve sexual health, and even encourage engagement of the core muscles in the stomach area whilst running and exercising. Jade Eggs are especially popular among the barefoot running community as using the eggs and engaging the core stomach muscles aids more efficient running technique.

Prolapse of the womb has become more common due to sedentary lifestyles, desk life, computers, lifting baby out of the car, lack of exercise in general, and other such causes leading to a weakening of the muscles that support the female reproductive system. Jade eggs encourage the muscles to work harder to hold onto the egg and by using them the user consciously contracts these muscles in the vaginal canal.

Pregnancy: By working with Jade eggs during pregnancy women can learn how to relax the vaginal wall and connect with the muscles needed to relax during childbirth but also aids kegel exercise after a natural birth.
