What's her explanation for Unit 731?[edit]

Since she defends Japan as if Japan has done nothing wrong, then what is her explanation for Unit 731? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kwakkles (talkcontribs) 04:59, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Who knows? She sounds like a grade-A nut. This is an article that should be kept up to date with good sources, for even though she failed to be elected, these sorts of people are dangerous. Education via the media (such as Wiki) is good insurance against her ever getting more than a few misanthropes as followers. HammerFilmFan (talk) 01:04, 28 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
She's dead now, but yes, she was among the most extreme rightists in Japan. Her grandpa was the greatest Japanese ever to live, no Japanese has ever committed a war crime, World War II was the result of a Chinese/American conspiracy, the racial exceptionalism and blamelessness of the Japanese "warrior race", Japan needs to throw out it's constitution so it can engage in offensive warfare and regain it's former glory, etc. Absolutely, utterly, violent fringe madness. I remember hearing a German friend of mine say she'd have been in prison for Neo-Nazism had she been born in Germany instead of Japan. Court Appointed Shrub (talk) 14:38, 6 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Why translation notice?[edit]

This translation notice has been on the article for THREE YEARS! Why not just remove this ridiculous thing? How can anyone use this machine-translated garbage? What makes it even more ridiculous, I went to see what was on the Japanese version and there wasn't much there. These kinds of ridiculous notices are a nuisance for readers, and add no value to the article. All of these templates should be removed from all articles. Warrior Race[edit]

The article states: "Many left-of-center and centrist politicians objected strongly to her term "warrior race" (レースの戦士), a heavily-loaded racial term which has not been used since the heyday of Imperial Japan in the 1940s."

But レースの戦士 doesn't mean "warrior race". It means "warrior of a competition". It's a term that does not appear in the Japanese version of this article. It's so rare that Google can find it on only nine webpages, including Wikipedia-related pages. There is no reference provided to support the statement quoted above. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.27.114.192 (talk) 05:04, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Lead[edit]

The lead of the article gives undue weight to the role of Hideki Tojo in the war and not enough attention to what Yuko actually did. We do not need a long list of every war crime Hideki Tojo ever committed; they belong in his own article. 069952497a (U-T-C-E) 20:51, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

74 Years With No Means of Support?[edit]

There is no mention of one shred of any paid work this woman ever did in her life, nor jobs held. How did she eat and pay the rent for 74 years? Starhistory22 (talk) 03:04, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

She probably sucked a lot of dick Starhistory22 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C7:DB80:A101:9017:465F:D741:AC97 (talk) 16:43, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
