This article does not explain why the Baden-Powell Scouts' Association is different from the Scout Association. I recall from long ago when I lived in the UK that it objected to a set of changes that the Scout Association had made with the intend of making itself more relevant. The Scout Association continued to be the major Scout organisation in the UK and the Baden-Powell Scouts' Association has been a very small association. Is this article even worth keeping?
