I think they should remain seperate articles. Rental agreement is such a detailed article and usefull in its own right, I worry that it will be cut down and mangled to fit in with the lack of detail in the renting page. When I first came upon this article in wikipedia, I searched specifically for rental agreement, and I was happy to have such detail. I would like to add http://www.agreementsetc.com/rental-agreements/ I was told I was spamming Wiki and should put this into a discussion.
The reason I wanted to add this was because I used them to make a lease and it was great. I thought it would be a good resource.
In Italy[edit]
The Italian jurisdiction has the peculiarity not to apply an automatic resolution of the contract when the effective destination of use adopted by the tenant for the real estate property is substantially divergent from the one agreed in the contract.
The owner has by the civil law th option to resolve the contract. If he doesn't provide, the contract remains in force vinculating the parties.
