that Sue McCourt Cobb (US Ambassador to Jamaica) had received this award. But I got to thinking and it turns out that she did NOT get it. Her husband, Charles Cobb, former US Ambassador to Iceland DID receive it, but if makes me a bit suspicious of all the other folks who got it. Does it effect you that way too?
