The lead heading of the article gives the author a brief description of the article. After reading the article it is clear that the lead emphasizes the most important information in this article. Jsihite (talk) 01:53, 6 December 2018 (UTC)Jsihite[reply]

The author fails to use headings which doesn't give the reader a clear description of what each paragraph will be about. Each of the paragraphs also do not say much other then statistical information and does not go into depth of the involvement of the IMF and its significance in Iceland. The article explains Iceland and the IMF's role in the 2008 global financial crises quite clearly and how the event unfolded. The last paragraph of the current account status seems unnecessary unless the author would like to clarify or give more details on the current situation. The author does not take sides in this article and does not make claims for unnamed groups. The article does however have much more negative then positive information as it only says the loans the IMF granted and the amount as well as the negative situations that the IMF was involved in as opposed to the development or growth that has occurred as a result of IMF loans at times.
