Reason: Not enough content for a full article. Should this just be a section? RhinosF1 (talk) 21:07, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

For now, I'd suggest keeping this all within the Salmond article. It may be -- indeed probably will be -- enough for a separate article in due course, but it could be months before we can say anything more. Bondegezou (talk) 21:15, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at the article, it seems like most of the content is already there so feel free to change to a proposed deletion as duplicating content. RhinosF1 (talk) 21:21, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's not needed even as a redirect: anyone interested would search for Alex Salmond, not HM Advocate..., so deletion is preferable. An encyclopedia shouldn't have articles on trials that can/in all likelihood can be summarised adequately in the main article on the accused. EddieHugh (talk) 22:13, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I've changed to an AfD discussion RhinosF1 (talk) 07:16, 25 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Identification[edit]

I would add that the Crown Office have tweeted a few days ago that there is a court order preventing the publication of the names of the alleged victims in this case. PatGallacher (talk) 19:47, 14 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

They also tweeted two hours ago that this court order still stands. PatGallacher (talk) 19:27, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
