Why is this of interest?[edit]

This clearly is a lovely neighborhood. Enthusiasm for it is completely understandable and the people who live there are very lucky. But reading through this article and tracking down all the sources cited, it reads like marketing literature. Is this appropriate for an encyclopedia?
