Musician/Producer discography[edit]

I would say that the various arranger/mixing and other non-producer, non-musician endeavours of the subject is best placed under a Misc-section or similar. Delaque (talk) 02:23, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I had thought about that myself... and then realized how cluttered the article might appear... specially since for most albums he was multi-tasking. It was my thought that by including in brackets at the end of each listing, his contibutions to that particular album, it would be informative to readers and still have a quality appearance that benefits Wiki. However, I will pull out the ones where he made only non-producer/non musician contributions and set it as a sun-section. If it looks to crappy, we can always revert. Quandry: Certainy straight mixing or programming might be sectioned out... but musical arranger is kinda like an orchestra conductor... in that he makes the detrermination as to what instrument sounds good and just where in the composition... in where musical emphasis should be placed, or not... and where vocals should be used and how... as wiki itself indicates, as creative part of the process as the playing of instruments... and just as valuable a part of the composition, almost as if a co-composer. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 23:26, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Further quandary: Even wiki consider a mixer/audio engineer to be a creative part of the process. So I gusss that leaves us with "assistant".. and there was only one of those. Hmmmm... In a re-think, let's wait until the outcome of the AfD, as this discussion might actually be moot. if it survives, we can play with article some. Can you leave it broad and say something like: he did studio work on several albums? ChildofMidnight (talk) 01:44, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

MC Lars and The Graduate[edit]

Clarified Rojas' role on MC Lars' The Graduate album. Liner notes for that album make clear that Rojas co-wrote and produced *one* track. KingAlanI (talk) 02:33, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
