suggested merge[edit]

I had suggested to merge this with Suspension (vehicle), see Talk:Suspension (vehicle)#Automotive suspension design merge. Decided to give it time to grow on its own. (John User:Jwy talk) 03:03, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How is that now? do you see why I was keen to make it a separate article? If you still want to merge it then do so, but I think you'll find it unwieldy and repetitious. Cheers Greglocock 23:57, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Any good texts on this subject. I am an Engineer and would like to study suspension design???

What aspect? designing the arms and so on or handling? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_important_publications_in_physics#Vehicle_dynamics

Going back to the sub-heading, I agree that it would be too difficult to merge these articles, and I think there is a distinction between the principles and description of suspension and the modern industrial design process. On the other hand, I hope there will continue to be overlap between the people who work on the two articles, as their sources are clearly different, and because the relations between the technical terms need to be further clarified. Any Ideas[edit]

I am looking for more relevant information for my article on the 7 post shaker. If anyone has anything they would like to add or any more info that they feel should be on the article please let me know. Rooney McFaddy (talk) 17:12, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
