Howard Warner High School was a secondary school for African Americans in Newnan, Georgia. It closed after integration.^[1] It was named for Howard Wallace Warner, a professor.^[2] The building was used by the Board of Education^[3] before being renovated for use as a community center.^[4]

McClelland Academy preceded it.^[5] A Presbyterian school modeled after Tuskegee Institute, it was built by Dr. B. L. Glenn and his wife for $3,500.^[1] Franklin Gregg was the principal.^[3] Its roof was torn off in a storm and the school closed.^[6]

Willie the Tiger was the school mascot.
