Schedule[edit]
The Jayhawks non-conference schedule will be announced in the summer and the conference schedule will be announced in the fall. Confirmed games include Michigan State in the Champions Classic,[8] a road game against rival Missouri,[9] and Creighton in the 2024 Big East–Big 12 Battle.[10][11] Due to tournament format, the Jayhawks will be guaranteed one game in the 2025 Big 12 Tournament. The Big 12 has not yet announced its scheduling formula for the additions of Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah to the Big 12. Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark has said he intends to have the schedule include 20 games, which would likely mean at least one game against the other 15 Big 12 teams with 5 teams playing each other twice, with priorities being made to rivalries to play twice.[12]
