A welcome from Sango123[edit]

Hello, ParlorGames, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We're glad to have you in our community! Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make goofy mistakes, here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful.

Happy editing!

P.S. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need help with anything or simply wish to say hello. :)

Your esperanza edit[edit]

Hey! In a few weeks, and after you make some edits, we would be glad to have you into Esperanza! If you need any help, click on my talk page and I will be there. WikieZach| talk 11:48, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, thanks so much! Asher Heimermann 02:23, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your offer of adoption[edit]

Hi there. I noticed that you offered to adopt Asher Heimermann (talk · contribs) as part of the Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User program. However, looking over your contributions (unless I'm reading something wrong), you don't seem to have many edits yet. You also are not a member of the Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User program. Are you sure you want to take Asher under your wing? It might be best if you let a more experienced user do so instead, as you may have quite a bit of learning to do. Gzkn 02:38, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, thanks for explaining. Sorry for assuming you were male! :( I was going by your user page ("Hi. You can call me mini mr."). Gzkn 02:55, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It will be dealt with if he persists. Just contact me. WikieZach| talk 22:56, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My Userpage[edit]

What'd you do? O.o [Tyler] (talk/contribs) 00:31, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's supposed to be up there! -.- [Tyler] (talk/contribs) 09:41, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
How's about this, you stop messing with my userpage, and worry about your own [****] page. Next time you want to edit my page, [******] ask me first. [Tyler] (talk/contribs) 03:15, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since you asked...[edit]

I replied! Come have a chat with me. I appreciate your clean up concerns--I'd even go along with them if things were more serious around here, but, really! Quill 00:30, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just to let you know that the prod tags which you and I added to this article were removed, so I listed it at AFD. I probably should have speedied it under WP:CSD#A7 but I have a feeling it would be recreated relatively soon. This way there's a formal decision. These comments we make are not "oh my gosh" comments; they are valid comments because we are pretty much a union that's serious about this club. Please do not delete our club. I hope you read the reason. -Goodshop 04:16, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You know I probably can't delete it. I know, but I was just wondering why you said it was a "club", including a "members only" lounge, etc... ~user:orngjce223 how am I typing? 04:19, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just realized your name was Orange Juice xD Cheers! Tyler Warren (talk/contribs) 04:23, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not here to assume bad faith or anything, but I think your warning, in a way, is kind of inappropriate. In one way, it kind of bites people, and it kind of assumes bad faith. I can't identify any more bugs in yours, but maybe you can try identify bugs on my welcome templates!
-Goodshoped 00:27, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And one more thing. Are you all right? Just hope everything's OK. -Goodshoped 03:51, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My RFA (Random832)[edit]

Thank you, Orngjce223, for participating in my RFA, which passed 35/1/0. I look forward to helping out. If you have any concerns or suggestions/advice, my talk page is always open.—Random832 14:20, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This was originally in the article space, so I have moved it to the above title. J Milburn (talk) 19:05, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Navpopup styling code[edit]

I noticed that you put the code I gave in your monobook.js file. I've moved it to its correct place, which is your monobook.css file. The monobook.js file is for scripts which affect the functionality of Wikipedia, while monobook.css affects how the site looks. You will need to clear your cache, but your code should work now. Redirect from Broadway (Brooklyn) to Broadway (New York City)[edit]

Just wanted to let you know that I have listed a redirect you created, Broadway (Brooklyn), at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion#Broadway (Brooklyn) → Broadway (New York City). The reason is that the the Broadway in Brooklyn is a different street from the one discussed in the target (which runs through Manhattan and the Bronx). FYI, there is also a Broadway in Queens. --Mosmof (talk) 12:24, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

W:TMM as a book[edit]

Thanks for the posting on my user talk page. Regarding the note you propose to post, please do *not* say anything about what I would or would not prefer. Rather, I think, that note should be to the effect that the book was also published in paperback by O'Reilly Media/Pogue Press, in January 2008; thus someone wanting a printed copy might find buying that edition, new or used, to be less expensive than getting one from PediaPress, though it won't be as up-to-date.

And as far as the publisher having any problems with a PediaPress version (or people printing out chapters at home, for that matter), no, they won't; they (and I) were aware that releasing the book under GFDL meant that others could legally print it, or derivatives thereof. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 17:34, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Articles for Creation page[edit]

Hello. You posted some info on my talk page about how to link a user article to the articles for creation page so it can be reviewed and moved to the correct page. I'm trying to do so now, and since I'm a registered user, it's telling me that I'm not supposed to do it that way. Any tips? Thanks Ealcoop23 (talk) 17:24, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
