First, you click the "Sign in / create account", which is on the top of the website. Then, click the link "create one". Then, write your information and click the link "create account". Thanks for your response. Your problem is an odd one. You say you've tried a lot of usernames? One thing I can recommend is to search for the name you want to create on Special:Listusers. That page has a list of all registered users on Wikipedia, so if the name you want to create is not on that list, you certainly should be able to create it. If you still are unable to create an account, I'm afraid the only other thing I can suggest is to post your problem on Wikipedia:Village pump (technical). A lot of technically-minded people watch that page, so that would be the best place to go in my opinion. Be sure to be as detailed and comprehensive as you can when you explain your problem; mention which country you are in, that you've tried a lot of computers, and definately mention the message that comes up. In response to your reply on my talk page, there's only a couple of things now to do. You can make a post on the Village Pump, as aforementioned. As for what you said on my talk page, it is possible for another user to create an account for you. It could simplify the whole process, all though it wouldn't be so secure.
